FOUR-CYLINDER CENTRIFUGAL ELECTROPLATING MACHINE
- This equipment is widely used in chip electronic components (chip capacitors, chip resistors, chip inductors) for nickel plating and tin plating processes, and is suitable for 01005, 0201, 0402 specification products to deposit nickel and tin layers;
- Potion circulation system, equipped with nickel and tin independent liquid tank;
- Electroplating tank potion recycling, using side row method, more saving potion;
- The four cylinders work independently, each cylinder independently sets the process, and the independent operation does not affect each other;
- Spindle rotation is driven by high-precision servo motor, with precise speed and controllable acceleration and deceleration;
- The cylinder body is arranged in a straight line, the working mode is forward and backward, and 4 stations are switched (feeding-Ni-plating-cleaning-Sn-plating);

The new centrifugal electroplating machine does not need to use steel balls and does not need sorting. Save more than 40% of electricity, more than 70% of water, more than 50% of liquid, and more than 50% of drying time.
Cylinder block independent operation
